Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the method and device for production of sintered ore and improve productivity of the sintered ore so as to secure a vent hole by magnetically floating sintered cake.

CONSTITUTION: In producing a sintered ore by an air suction type sintering method, sintering is started by igniting on a raw material charged layer, and at a position from the position where sintered cake is generated in the surface layer part after completion of sintering of the surface layer part till the ore discharge position behind a strand, the sintered cake on the strand is magnetically attracted on a magnetic body-connected rotating band 7 arranged on the sintered cake surface, and the sintered cake is sintered with continuously applying floating force on the sintered cake. It stabilizes and demonstrates the magnetic floating effect of sintered cake, achieving the improvement of productivity and yield as well as further stabilization of quality.
