Abstract:
PURPOSE:To embody device which increases the contacting area of a heat exchanging part as compared with the conventional device even during the regular exhaust of very low temp. fluid, can shorten vaporizing and release time and keeps the very low temp. fluid from escaping even during the maximum fluid exhaust. CONSTITUTION:The liquid exhaust vessel is of a double vessel structure composed of an outer vessel 2 and an inner vessel 5, a heat transfer plate 6 is provided between the outer vessel 2 and the inner vessel 5, a heat receiving fin 8 is provided on the inner surface of the inner vessel 5, a vent hole 5b is provided at the lower part thereof to allow outside air to flow thereinto, a neck part 9 is provided at the upper part thereof and a very low temp. fluid is stored between the outer vessel 2 and the inner vessel 5, whereby the area of a heat exchanging part for vaporizing the very low temp. fluid can be increased and whereby the level of the very low temp. fluid stored can be raised. This tank structure keeps the very low temp. fluid escaping from the vessel and permits the vaporizing rate to be improved.
