PURPOSE: To provide a drive control system wherein backlash can be completely eliminated.
CONSTITUTION: A position command U is given to the first servomotor to drive a transmitting mechanism 1, and a position command U+Δ is given to the second servomotor to drive a transmitting mechanism 2. No integrator is provided in a speed loop of the second servomotor. The second servomotor tends to rotate faster, while giving internal force by the second servomotor to a driven unit side transmitting mechanism 3, rotated by controlling a position with the first servomotor. When a position command is reversed, since the second servomotor tends to rotate Δ minute slower, while holding this condition, reversing (clockwise rotation of driven unit side transmitting mechanism 3) is performed. Even when a moving direction is reversed, since an engaging relation of the transmitting mechanism holds this condition, no backlash is generated.
