CONSTITUTION: One end of a first group of resistors 19 is connected to a first external reference voltage terminals P1,..., P6 and one end of the second group of resistors 20 is connected to a second external reference voltage terminals Pa,...Pc while the other end of the first group of resistors 19 and the same of the second group of resistors 20 are connected commonly and the potential of the common connecting point is applied on the gate of MOSFET 15-1 through a converting circuit 18 and a gate circuit 14-1 under a condition that reference voltages are impressed on the external reference voltage terminals P1,...P6 and the other external reference voltage terminals Pa,..., Pc.
