PURPOSE: To prevent a floor slab from being destructed even if the maximum (interlayer) displacement is produced by a horizontal load at large earthquake, etc., at different cycles.

CONSTITUTION: A setting base 22 is buried in a floor slab 12. Also a slide nut 26 is screwed onto the end of an anchor bolt 24 inserted into a cylindrical body 16. The anchor bolt 24 is set so that it can be moved within the range of slide width D1, and inserted into the cylindrical body 16 with the base 22B of the setting base 22 held between the anchor bolt 24 and the cylindrical body 16. The floor slab 12 is connected to a wall 14 through the setting base 22 and a horizontal load acts on the connecting part of the floor slab 12 and wall 14 at a big earthquake to prevent the floor slab 12 from slipping from a cogging wall 32 even if it is displaced at different cycles.
