Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the headphone for use of shielding external sound from which a sense of installation capable of withstanding the user for a long time is obtained and in which the user listens to only an external required minimum sound.

CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a speaker unit 23 contained in an open air type container member, a microphone 28 arranged to a front face of the speaker unit 23, and a filter 5 reducing a high frequency sound of the signal picked up by the microphone 28, an output of the filter 5 is fed back to the speaker unit 23 to reduce a low sound frequency component in external noise.
