PURPOSE: To transmit and receive information on work instruction and result information without interrupting work.

CONSTITUTION: A computer 1 outputs work instruction information for instruction to as operator and a transmitter and receiver 2 transmits this. A control part 6 in a helmet 3 makes a display device 7 display work instruction information received by an antenna 4. The operator presses a transmission switch 5 while looking at a label fitted to an article, so as to start up a transmission mode. When the transmission mode is started, the control part 6 makes a laser scanner 8 irradiate a laser beam. Thus, identification information shown by bar codes is obtained. The control part 6 makes this identification information transmitted from the antenna 4. The transmitter and receiver 2 receives this identification information and outputs this to the computer 1 as work result information.
