Abstract:
The novel glycidyl ether addition products are obtained by esterifying (1) oxyalkylated primary fatty amines and (2) products of the addition reaction of polyether block polymers and glycidyl ethers with (3) dicarboxylic acids. They are advantageously employed for cracking crude oil emulsions and, as quaternised products, are also good corrosion inhibitors.
