PURPOSE: To prevent the striking through of a resin composition by coating a synthetic-resin sheet with an ionizing radiation-curing resin composition, laminating tissue paper on the coated surface, irradiating the laminate with ionizing radiations and then releasing the sheet at the specified strength.

CONSTITUTION: When a decorative sheet is produced, an ionizing radiation-curing resin composition 2 contained in a paint pan 13 is supplied to a paint dam 5 formed by the gold roll 6 and rubber roll 7 by a circulating pump 4, and the composition 12 supplied from the rubber roll 7 is applied on the surface of a non-absorptive and releasable synthetic-resin sheet 3 being transported by the rubber roll 7 and roll 8. Tissue paper 1 is then supplied to the surface coated with the composition 12 by means of plural rolls 8 and 9 and laminated, and then the laminated sheet is irradiated with an electron beam or UV by the irradiation device 10 to cure the composition 12. The synthetic-resin sheet 3 is then released at ≤500g/inch width strength.
