Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable lightening and miniaturization of a mixer truck and improve maneuverability of the mixer truck, by a method wherein along with fitting of a casting pipe and casting nozzle to a casting device main body the casting pipe is docked to the mixer truck. CONSTITUTION:A casting device main body 26 is arranged on the upper part of a concrete shuttering 38 while a mixer truck 21 into which a fluid matter 22 is filled is kept running to the next to the concrete shuttering 38, casting nozzles 32a, 32b which are fitted to the inside are inserted into the concrete shutter 38 and watched and waited that a fluid matter 22 is caused to flow into a casting pipe 29 connected with the casting nozzles 32, 32b. Therefore, the fluid matter 22 of the mixer truck 21 can be cast immediately into the concrete shuttering 38 through the casting nozzles 32a, 32b, by docking the first connecting device 25 of the mixer truck 21 and the second connecting device 30 of the casting device main body 26 to each other. After completion of the casting of the fluid matter 22, the casting of the same can be performed similarly by moving separately respectively the mixer truck 21 and casting device main body 26 to the next concrete shuttering 38 by releasing immediately the docking of the first and second connecting devices 25, 30.
