Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a reforming device capable of efficiently using a packed catalyst, hardly causing deterioration of a route of a fuel gas and forming a reformed gas rapidly from operation of the device. CONSTITUTION:Since a fuel gas takes a heat from a top plate 12 and is preheated even if the top plate 12 is extremely heated by the fuel gas, the temperature of the top plate 12 can be dropped. Since preheating of the fuel gas before reforming is carried out by heat from a fuel gas before raising the temperature of a catalyst, the catalyst 11 can be prevented from being deprived of heat in order to preheat the fuel gas. Further the preheating of the fuel gas is performed by a fuel gas formed by combustion of a burner except a reformed gas, the temperature of the catalyst can be raised rapidly from the beginning of the reforming reaction.
