Abstract:
PURPOSE: To avoid the dangers of receiving electric shock and overheating by automatically shortcircuiting the secondary coil of a current transformer when the load of the current transformer is opened.
CONSTITUTION: A movable electrode 3 comprising a bimetal having a heating wire wound thereto and a fixed electrode 2 are disposed opposite to each other with a micro interval inside a sealed container 1 and one end of the heating wire 4 is connected to the movable electrode and the other end of the heating wire and the fixed electrode 2 are connected to two respective electrode terminals 5, 6.
