CONSTITUTION: The characteristic of this working machine comprises by connecting a machine frame 3 to a driving vehicle 1 with a coupling unit 2, setting a pivoting part on the frame 3 so that it can be pivoting in a reverse and a vertical direction crossing the traveling direction, providing a fixing unit to fix the pivoting position of the pivoting part, providing a circulating belt on the swinging part so that it can run circulatorily and a driving unit 24 to drive circulation of the circulating belt, and providing multiple soil working parts 27 on the circulating belt by leaving spaces among the parts. Further, it is preferable to provide a fitting unit 4 as projecting to the side direction on the frame 3, the pivoting part to the fitting unit 4, and an angle adjusting unit 7 which can be rotated by a certain degree to the fitting unit 4.
