Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a method and device for purifying waste liquid containing emulsion or latex continuously.
CONSTITUTION: The waste liquid treating device consists of a mixer 8 which mixes waste liquid with a CMS composition, static mixers 12, 13, 14 as one example of a stirrer which stirs the mixture with an inorganic coagulant and a polymer coagulant after adding the coagulants, a sedimentation tank 24 which allows a coagulation to settle for separation, and a dehydrator 34 which dehydrates the separated coagulation.
