PURPOSE: To dispense with the loading or unloading of a protective case during the use or preservation of the apparatus by a method wherein two upper plate bodies in the protective case are connected between one hand ends of both with a hinge while curved plates are connected at the other ends thereof with a hinge and a bearing cylinder is provided on side rims of the respective curved plates to bear a winding core of an adhesive tape winding body on the bearing cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: In a protective case 3, curved plates 32 and 32a are connected with a film-like hinge 3b at both ends of two plate-shaped bodies 31 and 31a connected with a film-like hinge 3a. Short bearing cylinders 34 and 34a are provided protruding at the tips of arm rods 33 and 33a connected to a film-like hinge 3c on side rims of the curved plates 32 and 32a and one bearing cylinder 34 is inserted into the other bearing cylinder 34a. A winding core 2 of a tacky tape winding body 1 is supported on the bearing cylinder 34 outside the protective case. In the use, the plate-shaped bodies 31 and 31a are folded so that rear sides thereof abut on each other. Thus, with the turning of the curved plates 32 and 32a, the bearing cylinders 34 and 34a rotate within the winding core 2 of the tacky tape winding body 1 and the tacky tape winding body 1 is exposed from a gap at the tips of the curved plates 32 and 32a.
