PURPOSE: To simplify a printing process and to enable many pieces of printing by providing a photosensitive layer incorporating an organo polysilane and an oxometallophthalocyanine pigment on a substrate.
CONSTITUTION: The photosensitive layer 4 in which the oxometallophthalocyanine layer 2 and the orgeno polysilane layer 3 are laminated in this order is formed on the substrate 1. These layers 2 and 3 are respectively correspond to the charge generating layer and the charge-transfer layer of an usual photosensitive body. Aluminium, etc., are used as the substrate 1. For the oxometallophthalocyanine pigment, a titanylphthalocyanine having titan as a central metallic atom is used. The oxometallophthalocyanine pigment layer 2 may be a layer formed by dispersing and mixing the oxometallophthalocyanine pigment in a binding resin or a vapor-deposited films. The thickness of the oxometallophthalocyanine pigment layer 2 is 0.25μm, preferably 0.5 to 2μm.
