PURPOSE: To support an elastic member in such a manner that it comes into surface contact with a rail-like stator without effects of dimensional errors.
CONSTITUTION: A guide member 9 for supporting a pedestal 4 linearly movably in parallel with a bottom plate 10 is provided on an upper surface of the plate 10, and a supporting pin 4a protruding toward the plate 10 is formed at the pedestal 4. A platelike auxiliary support 7 is engaged with the pin 4 via a through hole 7a opened near its center, and so supported at both ends that an elliptical elastic member 1 becomes at its linear part substantially parallel to a moving direction of the pedestal 4. A rail-like stator 9 is fixed along a moving direction of the pedestal 4 on the upper surface of the plate 10, and an uneven surface 1a of one linear part of the member 1 is brought into surface contact with an upper surface of the stator 8 by pressurizing the plate 10 side by a pressurizing spring 3 provided on the pedestal 4 through a felt 6 and a pressurizing plate 5 from its opposite surface side.
