Title:
INVIVO DETECTION METHOD AND TEST KIT FOR INVASION STIMULATION IN MAMMAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06100455
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for detecting the existence of an infiltrating stimulus object by measuring the mediator material activity in a mammal and a test kit used for the same. CONSTITUTION: This in-vivo detection method for the infiltration stimulus in the mammanls consists of the following characteristics (A): To provide biological activity. (a) To suppress the activity of lipoprotein lipase and acetyl CoA carboxylase which are anabolic enzymes and fatty acid synthase and (b) to suppress red cell differentiation; and (B) the antibody to the antigen having the characteristics including obtaining the antibody from the macrophages from the mammal by the following procedures; (a) collecting the sample of the macrophages from the mammal, (b) culturing part of the macrophages together with the stimulus material associated with the infiltration incident of the mammal and (c) allowing the macrophages to induce the formation of the mediator material described above.
