PURPOSE: To regenerate polluted water to be treated within a short time to reutilize the same by mixing two or more kinds of granular ceramics different in surface dielectric constant in a proper mixing ratio and setting the diameter of ceramics particles in the mixture to a specific small diameter to make particles easy to collide with each other.

CONSTITUTION: Two or more kinds of granular ceramics different in surface dielectric constant are mixed in a proper mixing ratio in order to solve the problem of the pollution of water. The diameter of the respective ceramics particles in the mixture is set to 0.2-2mm to make ceramics particles with a small diameter easy to collide with each other. By increasing the total surface area of the ceramics particles as mentioned above, the growth of harmful bacteria is made impossible to enable the short-time treatment of water to be performed. Particles to be used have water resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance and are made high in electrolytic capacity.
