PURPOSE: To obtain a personal air-conditioner capable of heating a space close to user's feet when the space is excessively cooled, thereby obtaining a comfortable local space.

CONSTITUTION: An indoor side cooling unit 5 is set at a lower part of an office desk 2 placed above an underfloor 1, and a cool air outlet port 6 of the indoor side cooling unit 5 is provided above the office desk 2. A heating panel 8 allowing high-temperature/high-pressure gas of the indoor side cooling unit 5 to pass therethrough is provided at a portion of the underfloor 1, and a thermostat 9 set at user's feet, which detects the air temperature at a space close to user's feet, is also provided. In the case where user's feet are excessively cooled, the temperature hear the user's feet is detected by the thermostat 9, and the space close to the user's feet is warmed by the heating panel 8, whereby a comfortable local space can be obtained.
