PURPOSE: To make a careful cracking countermeasure achievable by alloting points to the cracking prediction value after being itemized at each main factor pertaining to crack control, integrating the prediction values and ranking the crack occurring prediction, and then abstracting the cracking countermeasure according to a combination of these prediction values of respective items at each of the ranks.

CONSTITUTION: An input menu pertaining to cracking control related factor items of design, execution, material or the like and the allotting points is presented from an input menu file 2. When accurate allotting points to these cracking control related factor items are inputted into a countermeasure information input part 1 on the basis of this input menu, an arithmetic processing part 3 integrates these allotting points (prediction value), seeking the total of these cracking occurring prediction values. Next, a cracking occurring prediction part 4 ranks the facility of cracking occurrence from the total. In succession, a cracking countermeasure abstracting part 5 abstracts a proper cracking countermeasure at the facility of cracking occurrence ranked according to a combination of the allotting points of these cracking control related factor items out of the arithmetic processing part 3.
