PURPOSE: To eliminate the uneven concentrations of raw materials mixed for producing laver sheets and maintain a proper uniform concentration on the preparation of the laver raw materials by mixing the fine cut laver raw materials with water.
CONSTITUTION: A stirring device 19 having stirring blades 20 is disposed in a mixing tank 1. A supply pipe 3 is introduced to the upper part of the mixing tank 1. A water tank 4 is connected to the mixing tank 1 through a water supply pipe 5. A raw material tank 8 is connected to the bottom of the mixing tank 1 through a supply pipe 7. A circulation pipe 10 is branched from the supply pipe 7, and a cylinder 12 and an overflow chute 13 are disposed on the upper part of the circulation pipe 10. A hung measurer 14, a non-contact sensor 16, a detector 17 and a constant dimensional operating device 18 are disposed in the cylinder 12.
