PURPOSE: To obtain an acrylic resin laminated sheet having a superior permanent antistatic performance and an improved weatherability while keeping the intrinsic performance of a substrate.

CONSTITUTION: On one or both surfaces of an acrylic resin layer [1] as a substrate, a resin composition layer [2] is laminated with a thickness not less than 5μm. The resin composition layer [2] consists of 1-35wt.% polyether ester amide (A), 99-65wt.% acrylic resin (B), and 0-5wt.% at least one compound (C) selected out of organic sulfonates and organic phosphates. On the resin composition layer [2], a resin layer [3] consisting of an acrylic resin and/or a vinylidene fluoride resin is further laminated with a thickness of 0.5-30μm.
