PURPOSE: To provide a frame cover with an isle like accent part by boring a contour hole, shaped along the contour of the accent part, in one partial cover, and providing the accent part extendedly at the other partial cover in such a way that the accent part is adjusted into the contour hole from the inside of the contour hole.

CONSTITUTION: A contour hole 28 shaped along the contour of an accent part 27 is bored on the upper cover 25 side. The accent part 27 is extendedly provided at a side cover 26 by integral molding or the like and adjusted into the contour hole 28 from the inside when the upper cover 25 and the side cover 26 are joined together. A claw 31 protrusively provided inside of the peripheral edge part of the contour hole 28 is engaged into a hole 32 bored in a flange part 29 to fix the accent part 27 positively into the contour hole 28.
