CONSTITUTION: The facsimile 1 is connected to a CPU 3 through an adapter 2, and further, it is connected to the printer 4 and the display 5 of an output device. The CPU 3 is provided with an arithmetic operation part 6 which reads the received signals from the facsimile 1, and selects the necessary matter, and simultaneously, adds the management matter, and image-synthesizes these, and a storage part 7 and a control part 8. The image-synthesized data are stored by the storage part 7, and in addition, it is printed by the printer 4. The slip is usually five-sheet binding, but the same tag can be printed in any number in the case that plural pieces of the baggages make one lot by giving a command by a keyboard 9. Besides, only the necessary part can be printed as well.
