Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent cracks of a ring member from occurring while maintaining a stable orifice function.
CONSTITUTION: A communicating space 15 is formed between a cushion ring 5 and a piston rod 3, and a ring member 19 having both ends spaced from each other to provide a closed gap section 29 functioning as an orifice is provided in the communicating space 15. At least one of both ends of the ring member 19 constituting the closed gap section 29 is provided with a notch portions 31a, 31b. When the closed gap section 29 is closed by the action of thermal expansion or high pressure, a groove is constituted to function as an orifice by the notch portions 31a, 31b.
