PURPOSE: To perform accurate control of air blow capacity in accordance with heating condition of a heat exchanger by detecting temperature of air after it passes the heat exchanger and driving an air blow means by an air quantity limit means at a predetermined minimum air quantity when blow-out temperature is lower than a predetermined temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer 34 is provided with a CPU, a ROM in which a program for air quantity control is stored, a RAM, etc., to send a predetermined signal to each drive circuit 35, 36, 37 of a compressor, solenoid valves, and a fan so that the number of revolutions of the compressor 1, the opening and closing of solenoid valves 7 10, and quantity of air of an electric fan 26 are controlled. Moreover, temperature of air after it passes a heat exchanger is detected by a blow-out temperature detector 27. When operation mode is at heating mode or heating is dry and air blow mode is at AUTO air quantity and blow-out temperature is lower than a predetermined temperature, voltage to be supplied to the electric fan 26 under normal air quantity control is set to a low level value which is set in advance. Consequently, it is possible to avoid abrupt change of quantity of air, blowing out of cold air into the inside of a vehicle, and abnormal discharge pressure of the compressor 1 due to the stop of an air feed means.
