Title:
【発明の名称】リン酸塩液中のNiイオン除去方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0633520
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To regenerate an aq. soln. essentially consisting of a phosphate and contg. Ni ions in such a manner that said soln. can be reused as it is by bringing the above- mentioned soln. into contact with a chelate resin adequately adjusted in the ratio of an Na type exchange group to an H type exchange group. CONSTITUTION:The non-plating face of a steel sheet S subjected to plating of a Zn-Ni alloy on one face is immersed into an electrolyte E consisting of the aq. soln. contg. sodium phosphate as the essential component in a treatment cell 1 and electricity is conducted by a conducting roll 3. The unnecessary Zn and Ni sticking to said non- plating face are removed by an anodic electrolysis. The electrolyte E in which the Ni ions accumulate as impurities is passed through a filter 5 to a chelate resin column 7 where the Ni ions are selectively removed to regenerate the electrolyte. The electrolyte is then returned by a pump 9 to the treatment cell 1. The chelate resin with which a prescribed amt. of the electrolyte treatment ends is regenerated to the chelate of the H type exchange group by a mineral acid treatment and is then treated with an aq. NaOH soln. by which the ratio of the Na type exchange group to the H type exchange group is adjusted to 25:75-75:25. The regeneration treatment of the electrolyte E is thereafter executed in the same manner as mentioned above.
