PURPOSE: To provide an in-vehicle television receiver which changes the processing route of a television broadcast wave corresponding to each running/ stopping state of a vehicle.
CONSTITUTION: This receiver is provided with an antenna 1, a tuner 2, a surface acoustic wave filter 3, a video intermediate frequency amplifier circuit 4, a vehicle condition discrimination circuit 5, a switching circuit 6, a resonance circuit 7, and a capacitor C1 for DC blocking. The vehicle condition discrimination circuit converts and output by receiving a signal from a velocity sensor, etc., to a control voltage in accordance with the running/stopping state of the vehicle. The switching circuit 6 can be operated by receiving such control voltage. The frequency selection characteristic of a filter circuit consisting of the resonance circuit 7 and the surface acoustic wave filter 3 located at the input stage of the intermediate frequency amplifier circuit 4 can be automatically switched by switching the resonance circuit constant of the filter circuit by turning on/off the switching circuit 6.
