Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat easily waste liquid of ion exchange resin regeneration as an alkanolamine containing acid waste. SOLUTION: In the treatment process, an ion exchange resin regenerated waste liquid 1 as an alkanolamine containing acid waste liquid is transferred as it is to vacuum distillation process 2 without being neutralized, and then its concentrated waste liquid 5 is transferred to an oven 6 and burnt therein, and its distilled fraction 3 is neutralized 4, if required, and discharged. The burning is preferably carried out in liquid.
