Abstract:
The assembly contains a flow of mixture and devices arranged about this, to spray water into the mixture. Two cylinder sleeves (3, 6) form part of these devices, one (3) of which is held firmly during operation in an unchanging position, while the second (6) is formed and elastically held by two spring-loaded ring discs (5, 9) such that it may slide away from the first, parallel to the axis, due to the pressure of the water to be injected, against the force of these spring-loaded discs (5, 9) and a further elastic support (10), so that a gap is formed between the frontal surfaces of the two cylinder sleeves. This serves as a ring nozzle for the water to be injected. Its aperture enlarges as the pressure increases, the result of which is that the velocity of the emerging water is independent of the quantity of water, so that the depth of penetration of the water jet into the flow of concrete is independent of the quantity of water. The quantity of water itself is regulated by a valve (11) in the water feed pipe (12).
