Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain manure free from offensive odor by adding a sugar source to an organic raw material such as oil cake and fermenting the mixture at three stages of fermentation decomposition based on mold, fermentation decomposition based on ray fungi and final fermentation decomposition after regulation of pH. CONSTITUTION:A sugar source and a necessary auxiliary raw material are added to an organic raw material such as oil cake. This mixture is fermented and decomposed in about 40% moisture at <=60 deg.C by mold and/or cellulose decomposition fungi. Then humus soil is added to the obtained fermented product. Protein is mainly decomposed in about 40% moisture at <=50 deg.C by both at least one kind selected from among Bacillus natto, Bacillus subtilis and ray fungi and at least one kind selected from among yeast, lactic bacteria and photosynthesizing bacteria. Then while pH is regulated to 5-6 by a pH adjustor, the decomposed substance is fermented. Fermented organic manure is obtained by finally aerating the same and performing regulation of moisture. Thereby the organic raw material is completely fermented and various manure components, vegetable hormone and vitamine contained in the raw material are effectively utilized.
