CONSTITUTION: A retaining sheet 1 of freshness is provided with an optional base material, a retaining layer of freshness including isothiocyanate, formed on the base material, an easily permeable film for isothiocyanate vapor, formed on the retaining layer of freshness, and a hardly permeable film against isothiocyanate vapor, formed on the easily permeable film for the vapor. The easily permeable film and the hardly permeable film against the vapor can be peeled off and the retaining sheet 1 of freshness is of a roll-shaped form as a whole, When using it, the hardly permeable film of the retaining sheet 1 of freshness wound off from a rolled form is peeled off and applied as a cut sheet 1.
