PURPOSE: To provide a simple mechanism by which press formed panels are automatically carried and loaded on pallets and an autopalletizer by which the mechanism is controlled.

CONSTITUTION: In one case, a set of metallic dies are mounted on a press 1 and a large formed panel 3 is formed. In another case, two sets of metallic dies are used and two formed panels 3a and 3b are simultaneously formed. In both cases, carrying conveyers 11a and 11b, centering devices 12a and 12b, moving robots 22a and 22b and pallets 25a and 25b are arranged on the center 2 of the die or centers 2a and 2b of the dies. Thus, horizontal moving of the panel 3 or panels 3a and 3b to the center 2 or centers 2a and 2b of a die or dies is needless, automation for carrying and loading of panels is facilitated and the construction and control system are simplified.
