Process for the preparation of a polymer based on boron, nitrogen and silicon comprising the reaction of a mixture of trihaloborane, disilazane and B-trichloroborazine.
The invention also relates to the use of the polymers obtained for obtaining ceramics, in particular ceramic fibres, by pyrolysis of these polymers at a temperature of between 1,000 and 2,000 DEG C.
