PURPOSE: To provide fixing member fastening tools having extremely simple constitution by which the mutual surface approach such as hindering the treatment can be effectively prevented when surface treatment is simultaneously performed on a large number of fixing member fastening tools.

CONSTITUTION: At least a single small projection 30 is arranged on the other surface side (the reverse side) of an inclined part 18 of a fixing member fastening tool 10 whose whole is formed of a plate-like member and which is composed of a flat board part 12 in an outer edge part, plural notches formed in the radial direction at prescribed intervals from the through hole side in a part between a through hole and the board part 12 and the inclined part 18 formed by respectively bending parts sandwiched by the notches to one surface side (the obverse side). Thereby, since a mutual surface contact condition is effectively prevented in simultaneous surface treatment of a large number of tools without complicating manufacturing work and without damaging various function at installing time, a yield of the surface treatment can be improved.
