PURPOSE: To realize the change/setting-again of a set condition of an operating environment, etc., for a printing device by a simple operation at a low cost.

CONSTITUTION: A desirable printing environmental condition for LBPI is set by a control panel 14, and when a bar convertion unit 10 converts the set printing environmental condition into specified code information, the LBPI prints printing environmental condition code data on a recording medium based on the code information which is output from the bar code converting unit 10, and a setting sheet for printing environment setting is obtained. A reader unit 3 reads the printing environmental condition code data which is printed on the setting sheet, and a CPU 4 makes the LBPI set a desired printing environmental condition again while decoding specified code information, based on the output printing environmental condition code data, for the constitution of the title printing device.
