PURPOSE: To provide a method for preparing the subject compounds under the mild condition of reaction in the absence of toxic reagents using inexpensive staring materials.
CONSTITUTION: The compound of formula IV is obtained by reacting a compound of formula I [Ar is a (hetero)aryl, preferably phenyl, naphthyl, furyl, thienyl, pyridyl, bicyclic and tricyclic heteroaryl; Y is an OR10 (R10 is an alkyl, phenyl or the like), Cl, F, SO2R11 (R11 is OH, an alkyl or the like)] with a compound of formula II (M is a metal selected from among groups I or II; R12 is a halogen, alkoxy, alkanoyloxy, formula III; R is a bonding group, CO, CR8R9; R1-R3, R5-R9 are each H, an alkyl which may be substituted, phenylalkyl which may be substituted; R4 is H, an alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, alkylsulfonyl, arylsulfonyl or the like) in a neutral and inert solvent at a temp. between room temp. and the refluxing temp. of the solvent.
