PURPOSE: To manage the configuring function of plural inference processes and to configure and execute the plural inference processes simultaneously and in parallel by instructing the start-up/stoppage and simultaneous execution of the plural inference processes, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A managing information display means 21 sets inference process groups relating to each other in the inference processes generated by plural inference process configuring devices WS1, WS2,..., respectively as one group, and sets and displays the managing information of an AI project setting the group as a unit. An access permitting means 22 judges whether or not access to a specific inference process should be permitted based on identification data set and registered by using the managing information display means 21. An inference process start-up means 23 starts up the inference process managed by the managing information display means 21. A work base switching means 24 switches a corresponding work base corresponding to a selected specific inference process in a state where two or more inference processes are started up by the inference process start-up means 23.
