PURPOSE: To obtain a crosstalk control circuit improving the uneasiness of conversation, which is generated by crosstalk owing to the leakage of a sound.

CONSTITUTION: The crosstalk controller 21 is provided with a sound level detection circuit 23 detecting the sound level of a transmitted sound signal, a variable amplifier 24 amplifying a received sound signal, a variable amplifier 22 providing the transmitted sound signal as the received sound signal and an adder 25 adding the respective sound signals of the variable amplifiers 22 and 24. When the sound level becomes not less than a fixed value, the sound level detector 23 reduces the amplitude of the variable amplifier 24 and increases the amplitude of the variable amplifier 22 so as to eliminate the uneasiness of a sound output on a receiving side.
