Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely melt-stick a filter membrane to a filter plate without wrinkling the filter membrane.

CONSTITUTION: When a filter membrane 2 is melt-stuck to a filter plate 1, a melt-stuck part is peripherally and linearly formed along the peripheral edge part of the filter membrane 2 and plural discontinuous melt-stuck parts 5, 6 are formed on one side or both sides of the linear melt-stuck part 4. The filter membrane 2 is fixed on the filter plate 1 by the linear melt-stuck part 4 and the wrinkling of the filter membrane 2 can be prevented by the discontinuous melt-stuck parts 5, 6.
