PURPOSE: To automatically dry a rear surface and to eliminate the addition of the drying time of a green sheet to a machine tact by dry heating a printed work, holding it, and conveying it to the upper surface of heating means.

CONSTITUTION: A drying unit 4 has a hot plate 11 made of a heat generating resistor, etc., of heating means for heating a green sheet 1 in which printing and charging are finished, and conductive paste filled in the through hole of the sheet 1 is dried. A sheet taking-up unit 5 has a belt conveyor 13 extended between a roller 12 and a roller. The dried sheet 1 is placed on the conveyor 13, and transferred to next step. A sheet conveyor 6 sucks and holds the printed sheet 1 placed on a printing table 9 of a printer 3, conveys it at a predetermined interval above the upper surface of the plate 11 over the unit 4, and transfers it over the conveyor 13 of the unit 5.
