PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a streamer by forming the bent part of a pressure feed pipe into a double structure consisting of inner and outer pipes and forming a blowoff hole inclined in a pellet pressure feed direction to the inner pipe and allowing a fluid to flow to the space between the inner and outer pipes to blow out the same from the blowoff hole and forming a suction port to the inside of the bent part.

CONSTITUTION: A gap 5 is formed between an inner pipe 2 and an outer pipe 3 and a fluid such as air is blown into the gap 5. The fluid blown into the gap 5 is blown out to the inside of the inner pipe 2 from blowoff holes 4. Since the blowoff holes 4 are inclined in a pellet pressure sending direction, the pellets 10 in the inner pipe 2 are sent from the left to the right under pressure by the blown-out fluid to be sent downwardly under pressure at the place of a bent part 11. Since a suction hole 6 is formed to the bent part 11, when the fluid is blown out of the blowoff holes 4 to send the pellets 10 under pressure, the contact of the pellets 10 with the outside surface 11A of the bent part 11 of the inner pipe 2 can be prevented.
