Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide conversion signals of an appropriate output, without significantly raising a voltage or current density in a magnetic sensor by magnetoresistance, provided with an extremely long action area. CONSTITUTION: In this magnetic field sensor, a magnetoresistive element 20 of a permalloy or the like, for instance, is divided into many sub-elements 201, 202, 203, 204 and 205, and they are connected in parallel. By adding voltage changes generated in the respective sub-elements, conversion signals are obtained.
