PURPOSE: To provide a new premium exchange method which enables even a user of ATM to receive the customer service from the bank (including the post office) side.

CONSTITUTION: A use detailed statement with a message which reports a present is presented from ATM to the user, and the user receives it to insert it to the automatic premium exchange machine, which is preliminarily installed in the ATM corner and is operated by insertion and read of the use detailed statement to not only discharge a premium but also return the use detailed statement with a reuse prevention mark, and receives the premium corresponding to the message and the use detailed statement with the reuse prevention mark from this machine.
