Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure the thickness of a swash plate and to improve strength thereof, by a method wherein protrusion parts protruded toward the plunger side is formed on a contact part between the swash plate and the plunger of a swash plate type hydraulic device, and meanwhile recessed parts engaged with the respective protrusion parts are formed in the outer end part of each plunger. CONSTITUTION:A continuously variable speed change gear T mounted on a motor cycle comprises a swash plate type hydraulic pump P on the constant volume side and a variable volume type swash plate type hydraulic motor M, and a swash plate type hydraulic device H is formed with the hydraulic pump P and the hydraulic motor M. The hydraulic pump P and the hydraulic motor M axially reciprocate plungers 28 and 34, engaged with a plurality of cylinder holes 27 and 33 formed in cylinders 26 and 32, along with rotation of swash plates 29 and 35. In this case, protrusion parts 29a and 35a protruded toward the plunger side are formed on a contact part between the swash plates 29 and 35 and the plungers 28 and 34. Further, recessed parts 28a and 34a with which the protrusion parts 29a and 35a, respectively, are rollably engaged are formed in the outer end part of each of the plungers 28 and 34.
