Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide an improved stretchable and spunlike finished yarn showing a feeling similar to a spun yarn, exhibiting deep feather effect by dying and free from peeling (extrusion of a core yarn) that is a conventional defect of a coated elastic yarn. CONSTITUTION:This finished yarn is produced by using an elastic yarn A as core yarn, placing polyester multifilament twisted yarns B non-dyeable by an ionic dye around A as intermediate layer yarn and placing polyester multifilament twisted yarns C dyeable by an ionic dye further around B as sheath yarn in an alternately twisting manner. Entangled parts intruding into each other are formed between A and B and B and C.
