Title:
SECURITY WIRELESS TRANSMITTER PROVIDED WITH TEST TRANSMISSION FUNCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0613946
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily discriminate the radio wave arrival range and its margin for two antennas by providing a test transmission means driving individually the two antennas to send a horizontally/vertically polarized wave signal.

CONSTITUTION: A wireless transmitter A having two polarized wave diversity antennas ANT1, 2 is provided with a transmission test means 6. The transmission test means 6 is provided with a function driving individually the two antennas ANT1, 2 to send the horizontally/vertically polarized ware signal and a test mode switch SW is provided to a TEST terminal of a dedicated IC being a component of a signal processing section 4. The transmission test means 6 executes a program prepared in advance by the signal processing section 4 to drive the two antennas ANT1, 2 thereby executing the test of a radio wave. Since the strength of the radio wave generated is easily measured for each antenna by a radio wave test equipment by executing the test transmission prior to the installation of the wireless transmitter A, the antenna is easily checked.
