Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a thin-walled product of a crosslinkable resin composition composed of a phthalate compound, two specific kinds of ethylenic copolymers and a specific unsaturated compound and having excellent heat-resistance, adhesivity and mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION:The objective thin-walled product having a thickness of 10mum to 5mm can be produced by molding a composition composed of (A) a phthalate compound (polymer) having >=2 reactive allyl groups, (B) a copolymer of ethylene, an alpha,beta-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid (anhydride) and optionally an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester, (C) a copolymer of ethylene, an ethylenic unsaturated monomer containing epoxy group and optionally an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester and/or vinyl ester and (D) an unsaturated compound selected from alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride) and unsaturated carboxylic acid ester. The amount of the component D in the sum of the components A and D is 1-40wt.%, that of the sum of the components B and C in whole mixture is 1-99wt.% and the molar ratio of COOH (anhydride) of the component B to the epoxy group of the component C is 0.1-20.
