Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a substrate coated with a titanium oxide-contg. film for a photocatalyst having satisfactory adhesion to various substrates and less liable to the sticking of dirt. CONSTITUTION: A titanium-contg. filtn S1 including a titanium oxide-contg. layer S11 as at least a surface part and having surface smoothness which suppresses the sticking of dirt is formed on a substrate S and a mixed layer S2 consisting of constituent atoms of the titanium-contg. film S1 and the substrate S is formed at the interface between them to produce the objective substrate.
